Factor One standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm MST. After hours support is available on an emergency basis only.
To receive support, Factor One clients are required to have pre-paid support on their account. If you open a case and do not have pre-paid support on your account, you will be required to purchase a two hour block online. The link to purchase online is here: Two Hour Support Block. There are other support packages available as well (4 hours, 6 hours, etc.)

Onsite support is available for Calgary and the local surrounding areas. There is a $50 minimum travel charge for onsite support. Standard and After Hours support rates apply.
